Terms of use

Last updated: September 28, 2026

These terms govern your use of Clickbreaker. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. Who provides the service

Clickbreaker is provided by Clickbreaker LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste H, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("we", "us"). You can reach us at legal@clickbreaker.app.

2. What the service does

Clickbreaker counts the clicks arriving on your Google Ads campaigns and pauses a campaign when it reaches the limit you set. It then resumes that campaign according to the settings you chose, or leaves it paused if that is what you asked for. Counting works through a tracking template installed on your Google Ads account.

3. What the service does not do

Read this section carefully, because it is the one people misunderstand.

4. Your account and your Google Ads account

You must be at least 18 years old and act for a business. You are responsible for your login details and for everything done through your account.

To work, Clickbreaker needs access to the Google Ads account you connect. You must be entitled to grant that access. We use it only to read your campaigns, install and maintain the tracking template, and pause or resume campaigns. We never change budgets, bids, keywords or ad content. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account, which stops the service immediately.

When you connect an account, any tracking template already present is replaced by ours and the previous value is recorded in our log. After that first installation we never overwrite a template again without asking you.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Plans and payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page in US dollars, per month, per Google Ads account. Payment is taken in advance for each period. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time with effect at the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund a period that has started, except where the law requires it.

If a payment fails, we will tell you and leave the service running for a short grace period. If payment is still not made after that period, protection is suspended and the tracking template is removed from your account.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running at all times, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, failures at our providers, changes to the Google Ads API and events outside our control can all interrupt counting or pausing. When the service is unavailable, your campaigns keep running: nothing is paused, and nothing is protected.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for advertising spend, lost revenue, lost profit or lost opportunity, whether a campaign was paused when it should not have been, or stayed on when it should have been paused.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We remove our tracking template from your Google Ads account when you do, and we do not restore the previous one.

We may suspend or close an account that does not pay, that uses the service unlawfully, or that tries to disrupt or reverse-engineer it. Where we can, we will tell you first.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, we will tell you by email at least thirty days before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory protection available to you in your country of residence.
